Healthy, Hearty Granola
3 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup raw almonds chopped,
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup dried apricots, chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
pinch sea salt
Preheat oven to 300F. Combine all dry ingredients. Mix olive oil and maple syrup and toss with dry ingredients. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes. Store in a mason jar for up to 10 days.
