Pack the ingredients in your lunch bag, and make one of these easy vegetable juice recipes below. These two juices are gentle for beginners so feel free to experiment with stronger flavours such as kale, spinach, cilantro, parsley or ginger.
Green Juice
Serves 1
3 celery stalks
¾ cucumber
½ Granny Smith Apple
½ lemon
Individually put the celery, cucumber, and apple through the juicer. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice. Mix and serve. Drink immediately.
Orange-less Juice with a kick
Serves 1
1 medium carrot
6 celery stalks
1 cucumber
1 from one lemon
Individually put the carrot, celery, and cucumber through the juicer. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice. Mix and serve. Drink immediately.
