Spending between 20-30 minutes per week journaling your thoughts, dreams and ambitions can get you to your success quicker. Be sure to include an action plan or steps you are going to take to reach your goals. Revisit old journal entries to reconnect with ideas that maybe haven’t had time to come to fruition yet. Don’t be afraid to journal about your professional life, how you see your company transforming, your personal life, your health, your wealth, and anything in between.
