If you are like most people, making a New Year’s resolution is met with hesitation and anxiety as most resolutions vow to lose weight, stick to a workout plan, quit smoking, or some other activity that feels like an uphill struggle. That is exactly why most of us have abandoned our resolutions by mid-February and we are feeling discouraged and defeated by setting a goal for ourselves a few short weeks ago that we knew we would never really stick to.

Make 2015 your most successful year yet by resolving to do one activity every day that makes you happy, and gives you a sense of fulfillment. Instead of a resolution being seen as work and effort, it will now be perceived as quality ‘you time’.  Time to reflect; time for a walk; a yoga class; a delicious and healthy meal; a chapter of a good book; a massage; and the list goes on.
