We have all seen it, most of us have felt it, and unfortunately a large percentage of us are currently living it.  What am I talking about? Employee burnout.  Long hours, increased workloads, stressful commutes, personal commitments and responsibilities are all contributing factors to employee burnout and decreased productivity.

How is employee burnout detrimental to you as an employer? Your employees tend to lose motivation, presenteeism and productivity as stress levels increase. The key is to determine what your workers need and value from your organization to remain engaged.  It has been shown that absenteeism can be reduced by 60 percent if you identify workplace stress, and then develop and implement an action plan to minimize it. Working with your employees to identify stressors – physical, environmental and psychological is our expertise.

Hi, I’m Cindy Richardson. I have a Bachelors degree in Biology and Psychology. I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and a Certified Meditation Instructor.  I am the Program Developer at FOURNIER Health and it is my job to ensure we meet the health needs of your employees by designing a program that focuses on employee involvement, satisfaction, and compliance. We help make your employee’s time at work more enjoyable and productive by:

1.  Decreasing workplace stress levels
2.  Increasing your workers’ brain function
3.  Increasing the energy levels of the workplace and each individual
4.  Improving the mental and emotional component of working day in and day out
5.  Improving employee satisfaction

Having worked in the field of Holistic Nutrition for six years, I have had the pleasure of working with individuals and groups to re-establish their health, energy levels, and habits to improve the quality of their lives, both at home and at work.

A large part of my practice has also been focused on disease prevention and mindful living.  I am a firm believer that our lifestyle choices have a considerable impact on our state of health and as we are routinely exposed to more and more environmental toxins, it is essential that we are more cognizant of our daily health choices.

With FOURNIER Health, I have been given the opportunity to develop corporate wellness programs designed to take care of the health needs of your organization, big or small. After assessing the needs of your company, I will strategically develop a program that includes all of the modalities that have been determined to be of benefit to your employees through careful review of your statistics. The content of the program will be presented to your employees in various ways and can include information sessions, one-on-one consultations, consulting or treatment sessions, on-line support, and group challenges and activities. Our programs evolve with your organization as we continue to monitor progress and participation to ensure the best return on your investment.

We pride ourselves on improving various aspects of employee satisfaction including improved morale, and cohesiveness among employees. One employee reports, “After working closely with FOURNIER Health, I have reduced the number of sick days that I take and I have taken fewer days off to care of my children. My whole family is reaping the benefits of a healthier lifestyle!”

The uniqueness of our programs excites me because we are able to communicate a message to your employees that you value them, their health and the health of their families. In a time of desperate need for change in our medical system, FOURNIER Health is providing comprehensive programs to address existing disease and the future health of your employees.

Let’s take the journey to better health together.
